  • For any reason you are not satisfied, we will re-perform the service within 3 days. 

  • Please do not add tips to your credit card.

  • We reserve the right to take the next customer if you arrive 10 minutes late.

  • You will be able to wait for the next available nail technician when you come in.

  • Please provide notice in advance for any cancellations or rescheduling. Your promptness is appreciated.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

  • For your convenience, please inform our staff if you have any special needs, medical problems, or allergies that may effect your service.
